The Profile Group, Inc.
specializes in the recruitment of Information Systems professionals and
is a registered member of the National Association of Personnel
Consultants. We currently have three
Senior Technical Recruiters with over 50 years of combined industry experience,
and each recruiter has been at The Profile Group for over eleven years. The Profile group was established in
1987. The President and founder of The
Profile Group is Jon Freehling.
Jon Freehling is the Founder and President of
The Profile Group. He has a Bachelors of
Science Degree in Psychology with a Computer Science minor from Salem State
College, 1982 Cum Laude. He has approximately
27 years of recruiting in the Information Technology field. Prior to working at The Profile Group, Jon
worked at Old Colony Group from 1983-1985 as a Technical Recruiter. In 1985, Jon was a Senior Partner of Genex
Inc. He left there in 1987 to open The
Profile Group, Inc.
